Graduates are well prepared for operation and supervisor roles across the hotel, hospitality and service management sectors in Australia and internationally. The Associate Degree also provides a pathway into the Bachelor of Global Hotel and Tourism Management for students wishing to continue their studies. This course is offered at The Hotel School campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. All applicants for The Hotel School are selected on their individual merit. While recent academic performance or professional experience is used as an indicator of ability to undertake studies at a tertiary level, applicants will also be invited to an interview as part of the final application process.
