AssocDeg Building Surveying

This course equips students with practical skills and prepares them to assess and inspect staged works for domestic and residential buildings. Training focuses on developing skills that are highly desired by employers, across areas such as building law and regulations, construction legislation, fire safety design and inspection procedures, building infrastructure audits and building materials. Students will also develop professional practice and communication skills. Students will learn from professionals with relevant experience in building and construction and be equipped with up-to-date industry-relevant knowledge. Students have the option to continue their studies and complete CQUniversity's Bachelor of Building Surveying and Certificate (Honours).
