The combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Advanced Studies will prepare you to meet the challenges of the modern workforce, where expertise, inventiveness, logic and critical thinking come to the fore. You will receive a liberal arts education that allows you to choose a major(s) from over forty subject areas in the humanities and social sciences, as well as other disciplines from across the University. Important note: the University of Sydney is not accepting new applications for the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Advanced Studies from Semester 1, 2027.
