Employer pages are built for workplace decisions
Company pages are intended for people comparing where to work or interview, not for product complaints or public campaigns.
Coverage starts with public employer data and grows through reviewed user ratings. Ratings can be filtered by work experience or interview experience when enough verified data exists.
- Country lists only show places with employer coverage.
- LinkedIn verification is optional and removed after review handling.
- Unusual review waves can be held back to protect rating quality.

How employer data should be read
Employer pages are intended for workplace and interview decisions. The company list starts with public employer registries, open company data and larger employers that are likely to be relevant to job seekers across countries. Coverage is still expanding, so missing employers can be suggested through submissions rather than silently guessed.
Ratings are not treated as ordinary comments. A rating should come from a person with relevant experience as an employee, former employee, applicant, student worker or similar. Product complaints, political campaigns and coordinated review waves are not useful for people deciding where to work, so suspicious patterns can be held for review.
The site separates employer facts from user opinion. Basic employer fields such as name, country, website, logo or registry source should come from public data when possible. Workplace and interview ratings should come from reviewed user contributions. As volume grows, verified and unverified ratings can be filtered separately so readers can decide how much weight to give each signal.
Employer coverage is expected to improve over time. Large public companies, national employers, universities, public agencies and regional companies can all matter to job seekers. When an employer is missing, a submission can flag it for review so the company can be added with proper source data before ratings are attached safely.
